ZZZZZZZZZZZZZz....morning. SLEEPY this morning. Switched over to black tea (shame, shame), but I need a bit more than Dandy blend and green tea this morning......

2644 kcal Fat: 57.92g | Prot: 94.13g | Carb: 480.56g.   Breakfast: French Vanilla non dairy creamer, Dandy Blend, soy milk, raisin bran. Lunch: light string cheese, Chicken of the Sea Tuna Cups, tomato, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread. Dinner: whole milk, cream of wheat cereal, Tap Water, figs, Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Cup (frozen). Snacks/Other: Nutter Butter , Nekot, Activia Yogurt, splenda, hot tea - Raspberry Black Tea, Tap Water, apple, Chewy Bars - Oats & Peanut Butter, Oats and Dark Chocolate Crunchy Granola Bars, grapes, cucumber. more...

Don't feel so bad about the tea. All tea has some antioxidants in it. Better than a cream and sugar laden coffee!
