How is it possible that I've nearly gained all the weight in 3 weeks that it took me nearly 8 months to lose?

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 December 2012:
1692 kcal Fat: 58.73g | Prot: 64.55g | Carb: 234.79g.   Breakfast: Pimento Cheese Sandwich, Corn Muffins, Vegetable Beef Soup (Prepared with Water), Bananas. Lunch: my essentials nonfat yogurt, Tap Water, December 2012 Soup, Glazed Carrots, Luna Bar - Chocolate Peppermint Stick. Snacks/Other: banana, European Chocolate cookies (3 cookies), diet ginger ale, pepsi max. more...

It is so much easier to put it on than take it off. I was in your shoes last year at this time. Somehow, this year I've lost more than last year at this time and now have maintained, so I'm proof that you will get back there. It's hard not to beat yourself up, I know, but the holidays are almost over and you will get a restart and you will lose that weight! You can do this!!
