So I got an unexpected early visit from TOM. And right before the final weigh in too! Grrr...

So I weighed in this morning, and I'll check tomorrow too, and post the lowest weight. That may explain some of the back pain too. I bought one of those thermacare heated back wraps, and it works so great! I was finally able to get a good nights sleep, for the first time in almost a week, and without all of the side effects of the drugs. I went for another walk yesterday, and I think all of the extra walking is really helping my back. Let's hope it helps the weigh in too!

I finally finished the payroll for my nurses. It was about double what it had been in previous months, because of the new medicare changes. Extra work for me, but it keeps my nurses happy! I'm glad that stress is over. Now I can dig myself out of the paperwork that is currently covering my desk. I actually had a dream about a paperwork monster chasing me around my office. I think that means it's time for a vacation. We leave for Disneyland in 8 days!
