So my back is still killing me. I've been trying to walk it off, so yesterday I went for a 1.5 mile walk. My back felt a little looser, but then it just tightend up again when I sat at my desk. I had a salad for breakfast yesterday since the oatmeal wasn't really calling to me. For lunch I had a wrap with grilled chicken breast. But then I started feeling shaky, light-headed and naseous (sp?), so I left work early. I'm still not feeling well today, so I might leave after I finish payroll for my nurses.

I wonder if the back pain and the sick stomach are related in any way?

Oh, no! I hope you feel better soon. Pain of any kind can make you nauseous so it is possible the two are related. You seem to be describing a muscle spasm. Usually heat helps for those. If it is the result of your spine being out of alignment, you could alternate ice and heat. Take care!

Hmm.. do be careful. Be sure that you do not have a UTI or kidney infection. Have someone press on you back where the kidneys are and if there is any pain, get into your doc. I agree alternating ice and heat, if you think that you've injured your back, in anyway. Drink lots of water, to help flush your body in case it's something other than muscular. Feel better, and do not push yourself if you aren't feeling well. Thinkin' bout ya!

I'm having some minor back issues too, a tingling sensation always in the same spot. And my back often feels a bit tired so that I have to straighten up a lot. I'm convinced that a little exercise (which I get far to little of) will fix things. I hope you can work it out, back problems are only too common. The chart looks very good BTW. :-)
