For the most part, I've done well. I would say 80%. I usually try to go at things full force and then get over drained or fall off the wagon. I'm attempting to do things very slow and steady. If I feel the need to eat a couple of things a week that are not that great, I do. I'm also trying to find substitutes for my comfort food because that's always been a problem for me. If it takes me 6 months to lose 15 lbs, so be it. I know in the long run if I remain consistent, that it will be easier for me to maintain the weight I strive to be.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep chuggin along. After you get those 'comfort' foods off you diet, you will be amazed how much you don't miss or want them.
