Over the past few months I have had a problem with air popped popcorn, but it seem to be the only snack I like. It has no salt or sugar, but the carbs or crazy. Need help with snack suggestions that has no sugar or salt and not a vegetables.

That's a tough one. Most foods have some sodium. Fruits, cheese, yogurts (gotta read labels). I would do some research online. Maybe google for some ideas. A snack doesn't have to be "snack food." You could have mini meals to keep your blood sugars level so you don't get hungry. Protein keeps you satiated longer.
