18 mins of exercise at home 5 lb weights arm exercise 2 set of 12 reps 30 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climber, 30 sec plank all 3x 3 mile walk This will be good to look back on and see how far I've come...and a way to push myself. I'll keep this up for a couple weeks and then add onto it.
