If you and grandpa love it and the grandkids see that enthusiasm in you, they will cherish those memories and continue the tradition. Maybe not the same park all their lives, but I bet they will find their own light displays to visit and feel close to grandma and grandpa when they are doing it! :-) Just like me making bread pudding every Christmas morning for breakfast, my mom LOVED it, and it makes me feel close to her when I sit down with a bowl of bread pudding! I've changed the recipe over the years, but the tradition of having it on Christmas morning is still part of my traditions! :)
