Only hit 50% RDI
I wasn't trying to. Threw in snacks at the end of the day to try to bring it up a little. Truely wasn't hungry. I'm hungry now. I will do better today. I know that not eating enough will slow my weight loss.
Feeling better. Huge, huge, huge night sleep. Funny thing, I don't think I'll have any trouble sleeping tonight. I just yawned. I know the sleep will go a long way towards getting well. Thanks SweetHeart!
