I just took a moment to read over my FS journal, it's all of 2 pages, and I am *astounded*. It's apparent through my anecdotes and thoughts how focused my efforts have become in a short amount of time since starting FatSecret.

This place rocks!

It's great isn't it? I had a terrible time tracking calories until I found this site. They have so many tools and support to help you lose weight.
