My doughnut spree and eating out has resulted in a three-pound gain.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sounds like it is worth it. just because you have a doughnut overload does not mean that the weight will not come off just as easily. Whenever I binge eat I go on a one day water fast and it flushes all the toxins out and the excess weight you gained will come off just as easily and stay off if you stick to good habbits. breaking it once in a while is a good thing it gives your metabolism a boost... read about it.
