whether you are on a treadmdill eliptical whatever never hold on to the handle bars, zuma is great and you can join a class for as low as 5 dollars, i use weights and i do aerobics for 20 minutes a day on just my arms alone, plus strength training is so important for at least 2 hours a week and stay away from carbs and sugars high protein is the way to go. Smile

I already lost 16 pounds in 4-8 weeks and I am wearing between a size 6-8 now.my goal is to get down to a size 4 in 3 weeks..... Baby jesus please help ...
