oh my! i am so addictive on weighing myself!! for me it really helps because when i see the numbers that not even changing to a lower digits,then ill go to take some action! its either i have to dig deeper in my program or lessen my calorie intake.. but honestly im getting scared for this coming weekends and holidays. Temptations.... youre like a curse!! lol i hope i can surpass all this.. goodluck to all of us!
