Doing OK... very busy. I will try to get on here daily again. The time I had the most control over my weight was when I was on here. I know people who have weight problems and go and get 30 or 50 pounds of fat taken out of their belly, but that doesn't change things for long, does it? I am resisting Atkins again right now, but I am going to join the local Y in the town I just moved to so I can at least get swimming. Have a good holiday season everyone, if I am not on here soon... though I will try to get on here daily again.

You know, we see it all the time. We see it here, on WeightWatchers and I see it with my own weight loss class. We do great, and then we "think" we can handle it all by ourselves. Then we leave the group. Then we gain weight. I'm right there with you. I have recently refocused and really started to dig into FatSecret again, and it works. Weight is coming off fast. Welcome back, Glenn. It's good to see you here.

Yes this site does help! I am recently coming back after a 2 month absence! I know how it feels being gone so long, but now I'm also back and plan on doing daily updates, as I have no support from anyone here but my mom, which she sometimes puts me down because of my size, this is the only place that gives me the exact support I need.
