this requires a total revamp of the way I look at vegetables. I plan on introducing the family (and myself) to some new ones. Had a better morning, still a little hungry but had some string cheese for a snack. Drank 90 oz of water yesterday and am track to do the same today. Too bad the scale went up this morning, but I have faith it will go back down soon.
