Since it is a little cooler today, I was able to walk at lunch again today. Got in 40 minutes worth. I always feel more energized in the afternoon's if I get my walk in at lunch instead of in the morning. I am beginning to consider doing both a morning and a lunch walk. Can't hurt right. Still doing the Biggest Loser work out in the evenings with my 2 daughters. The more the merrier. They keep me motivated and on track. With as much sweating as I am doing, I am really a little bummed that I am not losing weight more quickly. But slow and steady finishes the race right?

ALee, I notived you eat a lot of cheese. I know, for myself, that cheese really needs to be limited because it causes stalls. You might try cutting the cheese (no pun intended) for a week or two and see if it helps.
