Soooo... Last night I did something I haven't done in a very long time, or even felt the NEED to do in a very long time. I ate everything I could get my hands on at 1030pm. I went into the kitchen, opened the cupboards and finished off all my low calorie sweets in the house. This is when I'm glad we don't have anything "bad" in the house anymore. Calories totaled about 300, but the thing that bugs me is that I even let myself do it. I also missed the gym 4 days in a row. (doing a lot of overtime lately) I need to hop back on that wagon!!!

Prioritizing our lives to make "us" first is a crime many of us are guilty of, namely me. Making the time for us to have time to treat ourselves as importantly as we should is a MUST! We have to make time everyday for us to make certain that we plan a productive day that includes the necessary time it takes to eat well, exercise, and sleep well. Our bodies need food for energy, and sleep to rejuvenate for the next day. OT is harsh... but even a 10 minute brisk walk is better than nothing at all. At NIGHT, goto the TEA cupboard and brew a nice chamomile tea (sleepytime by celestial seasons is the best with some fresh lemon juice and tsp of honey!). :D You are doing GREAT!! Keep up the good fight! xoxo

Hey the good news is that you wiped out your stash so you can't be tempted tonight. As bullytrouble says, take advantage of little times. At work, I am taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I know how hard it is. I had to fight to make myself get on the treadmill last night & I know it is going to be the same tonight but I will do it. Will be glad when the weather is warmer & I can walk home from work more often. It is nicer walking home than using the treadmill although I do walk faster on the treadmill. (maybe because I am not carrying my purse & laptop) Just keep telling yourself that the OT is going to help buy you new clothes as you keep losing.

I can relate. I haven't been working out like I should. Don't beat yourself up - we all have weak moments. The important thing is to move on and forgive yourself your transgressions!

Sometimes we need these knockbacks to give us the determination t succeed when we do manage to get back on the wagon. Hang in there girly.

Thanks for all the support, I weighed in today, and somehow managed to still lose a little weight. Maybe this is my chance to smarten up a bit!

Alls well that ends well. You arent the first person to have a crazy binge and there will be many more days ahead where you will feel like having some high carb food. Its very natural and you just need to remind yourself why you are trying to get healthy. Dieting is a struggle and even people who have managed to keep weight off for years say that they find it a daily struggle so you are not alone. The fact that you felt bad will just mean that you will be less tempted next time and eventually your cravings will go down as time goes on. Dont worry you are doing such a great job and still managing to lose weight after binges...you must be doing something right!!

Don't feel bad - just keep on going! You are doing so great!! Congrats on your loss girl!! Everyone's right, we all fall off every once in awhile - but the important thing is to not dwell on in - you just gotta move on. Today is a new day!! You can always start again!! Have a great day! :-)

I know you are disappointed in your self but you are still doing great. Beating yourself up probably doesn't burn enough calories to make it worthwhile so just let it go.

We do things sometimes that later we just don't know "WHY". We have to knock off the guilt & start fresh. Not always the next day sometimes it needs to be right away! You have some great things going & your motivation is awesome. You can help others so much because of your enthusiasm. Come on baby together with all your buddies you can do it!;)
