Day 1 of Yoga with my daughter went well. She enjoyed it more than I thought she would and we both did well. She said some of the stretches made her back feel good, so that is a good sign. Having her to do it with too will keep me motivated. Today, I slept right through my alarm. I didn't even hear it, I must have just shut it off and kept on sleeping. Luckily, I have a back-up that goes off if I do fall asleep after I shut my alarm off. So, that meant no workout this morning (again). I have no excuse really, but I blame my dogs for me being so tired. One was outside my door scratching, and the other was in my room whining for about 2 hours off an on. I think tonight I'm going to have to try putting one of them in the kennel, which makes me feel bad, but he's out all day and I need some sleep! Tonight we're going out to eat for my daughter's B-Day, and I think she's choosing Olive Garden. That will be rough on my calorie intake, but if I can make myself wake up tomorrow to get my workout in that will help. I need an alarm that sprays water in my face or something to make sure I wake up! :)
