Carbs are not my enemy. Uncontrolled carbs are. Enjoying sweet potatoes, berries, tangerines etc in a controlled manner. Back to losing two weeks in a row. My challenge helped me to see how my body responds to certain foods.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
