Kirkovm-- I'm personally not afraid of carbs. I eat primarily plant based, meat often makes me sick. Whole food carbs are good for you it's empty and sugar calories that are not. Beans, legumes, fruits and veggies have good carbs. Your body actually needs some carbs as it does healthy fats to function properly. It also needs fiber. Be nice to your body. Please don't knock those of us who are carb friendly. Low carb works OK for some for many it is not a sustainable option. I've been on maint for like 5 years--not low carb. tried it I felt miserable all day every day not a way to live.

Wow Rosio! I thought I was having a big calorie day at 2500. When I get close to 200 lbs I’ll Go big like this.
