it certainly got easier to follow and not be starving as the week went on. I am a little disappointed that the loss was not greater.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's almost 2 pounds. That is an awesome loss. Take out 8 sticks of butter and that is what 2 pounds of fat would look like. That is what you took off your body. That is pretty amazing. Great job!
