Ok...gonna weigh myself at the end of the week. Since Monday I have been basically eating clean. Just not exercising like I should. I got on the scale last night ](BIG MISTAKE...NEVER SHOULD WEIGH AT NIGHT FULLY DRESSED)[/color]and wanted to pass out. No alcohol, no crazy ex boyfriend feeding me(since Monday...he is outta here!) (I swear he was a feeder),exercise daily, and rest from now on. I started the 21 days to a habit challenge...maybe I should follow my own advice??

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 December 2012:
