I was supposed to walk / run on the treadmill today, but I got to the gym ten minutes before a STEP class, and I thought, "Sure!" I almost slid, ruined the rhythm for many people behind me, and had a great time -- especially during the abs workout. Will I do it again? In a heartbeat. But next time, I'm going to the way, way back of the room.

So that's my workout for today. I might go out tonight. There's karaoke at the club, and I actually might get brave enough to sing some Patsy Cline. Woo-hoo!

I to stay at the back or side of the bodycombat class. It's a sure way to lose weight because your arms are so sore you can't reach them to your MOUTH! LOL I am eating out today with my girls. Today is five seven. WOW that sounds old. I know its really not ut still... Let me know how karaoke goes.

Happy birthday! Karaoke wasn't karaoke. I tried to be good and just drink cranberry juice, but the peeps who went with me kept giving me the stuff with vodka. Everytime I got sober, I got tipsy again LOL
