I have not seen my weight in the 130's in over 12 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not tell you how great this feels! November has been a great month for me. It's only December 3rd and I've already hit my end of the month goal! That means I could get to my real goal 135 by the end of the year. And that I could see the 120's by my birthday in March. I have never lost weight this efficiently or steadly. I think that atkins was the aswer to my prayers!
