I am so over everything. My life is not where it should be, finances
are tight, people have wronged me. I suppose it is time to do me. I wish I had the funds/time to go to weight watchers and the gym with a trainer but I don't. That is the sort of discipline I need too :( I am hoping that I can do this because recently I haven't been feeling the best. Plus I hate being the fat mom and now that my son is in preschool I will be running into more people. UGH Only up from here right?

Yep.. Up from here.. I am right with you with the finances...I have the WW books at home and I am doing it on my own.. I have to make myself do it. I went to the our local library and I found a dvd from Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" Power mile and I do that every day except Sat and Sunday. My lil girl is in pre-k also and it is tough to see the thinner moms but hey I keep saying to my self.. Next year I will be thinner.. I will be praying for you because you are special in the eyes of Jesus and you can do this.. Hang in there and keep plugging.. Feel free to add me.. :o) I need buddies.

Oh.. I so feel your pain. I too was the fat mom. And I was 40 when I put my youngest in Kindergarten. So I was the fat and old mom! I have ww books also I used to loose 40 pounds on my own. (recently I have joined again--another story :/) I was running into people all the time. I felt so embarrassed I had let myself go. I bought a $100.00 stationary bike at K-Mart. At first I couldn't even ride it 5 minutes. But now I am up to 35 minutes and 40 pounds lighter. I write down all my food and exercise. THAT is a major key! FS is good for that, but I am old and I keep a journal so I can SEE and touch it at any given moment. Not just when I am on-line. I will be thinking of you. You can add me to your buddies! Good luck. You are not alone!

There are lot's of things you can do....if you want something bad enough, you will find a way..If not, you will find an excuse. Go to a WW meeting and get all the materials. I think the first week is free. They will explain the program. You can keep the materials and go online for support. Make a small home gym at your house. Get workout dvds from library. You can use soup cans for hand weights or invest in a pair. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. You can do it if you really want to. Good luck!
