Thicknsweet-milkshake's Journal, 24 April 2008

I didnt loose that much weight last night however i didnt get all that much sleep either. I accidentley drank two cups of coffee at 7pm so i was up most the night. I hope tomorrow morning will be better.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

HHmmm... maybe get some decaf in the house? :) I hate the non-sleep nights. =S I get them a lot lately, too. Keep up the great work!

I took bullytroubles adviced she gave me some time ago, I've been drinking nice hot comforting herbal teas at night with no cafffine. I like the sleeptime Extra tea and the ginger tea. They seem soothing and I think a hot drink must do something to help you relax and sleep better. Hope you get better sleep tonight. Its easier to focus and stay on track when we are suffering from lack of sleep.

UGH! I forgot the tea when we went grocery shopping! Ill have to get it later.

know what you mean only got 5.5 hrs over the last 36 and dont think its done me any good the longer im awake the more chance of a binge!!! gotta get me water in and see if that helps dont forget the Tea!!
