Good morning all, Had a good couple days so far. Been really getting active indoors with my wife. we both have been really gitting it . Eating is Perfect and activity, well that can always be picked up a bit, but going well. Last Night Had a Intimate Workout I am sure it burned a lot of Kcals, and Fat grams, I bet stress too.

So true. I felt like I could go all Night working out. Tell my body started to ask me to just stop already lol. You are amazing and such a pretty girl, I like this eating healthy and creating new habbits for the winter.

NOW YOU'RE CUTTING!! You need more days like this, exactly like this. if there were to be anything I would recommend - it would be to increase your workouts to an hour of anything that can elevate your heart rate for an hour. Otherwise, really really awesome guys. Keep up the good work.
