My goal is to do 30 minutes everyday thru Saturday. Sunday will be my day off since I will travel for work. HOpe to make my 7 pound weigh loss by December 31st!!!

I'm just starting to workout again after a couple of years. Is there any cardio exercise you find to be more effective at burning calories than walking? I'd like to mix it up some but would like to be efficient with the time I spend in the gym. Thanks!
