Well these working hours are a bit awkward, diet wise. When I get into them properly anyway, this is only a training week, part time. Didn't know that last week, but whatever.

I don't wanna get too much into the science of stuff, god I'm such an idiot when it comes to science, I barely know a calorie from calcium. Anyway, read little bits and pieces here and there that say that eating little and often is the way to go. I dunno, maybe it speeds up your metabolism like that. Well that's what I'm having to do anyway, I'm having to snack but I'm being selective about what I'm snacking with. It's gone well so far this week but damnit I want a proper evening meal!
219.5 lb Lost so far: 90.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've already made huge progress in the last few weeks. Hang in there while you get used to your new schedule, it'll become routine in no time.

Yeah, thanks. The awkward thing is this is only a temp job. I love it so far though, I'd quite happily stay. Not sure what the chances are for that, but whatever. I'm just worried about the effects of flipping from schedule to schedule.

I'm hoping so. All I can do is try my best, this job is pretty much ideal for me.
