Low carbing. Gummy vitamins in morning. All of ten extra c multi and fish oil. Agh it's 9:00 and have had 10 carbs. Will buy other vitamins today
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
