Day one back on the wagon.. I fell pretty hard and am up wayyy too much.. hoping to get under 200... I just need to keep the bad foods out of my mouth.. I am doing a personal 30 day challenge.. Trying to make it to Christmas eating clean.. 45 days until new years.. lets see what I can do..
