Well, this is day 1 and I truly am ready for the challenge. My own challenge. The challenge to lose weight and be here longer for my children. I already gave my wife a hard time this weekend because of my insecurities and issues with myself. I seem to take them out on her all the time. I truly need to stop doing that. This fat bastard has no right to hurt those who love him because he can't love himself.

Lose weight you fat bastard. Use the Sensa and watch what you are eating. Also, start exersizing, especially with the kids. The boy is lazy, fat, and weak. Not a good start to life. I need to be the example for him.

Pray hard and thank God for His blessing of strength to accomplish this task at hand. Day 1, Stay strong brotha, know your goals, stay encouraged and jpoyful that you are a work in progress for greater things of God.
