This diet has been a bit rough on my intestines the first 2 days -- hopefully this will not last much longer. I love this diet because of the vast quantities of meat and cheese you can eat -- keep you feeling full; but I sure miss the sugar that is so bad for me, and the alcohol, definitely miss my rum and diet coke, but that's not forever!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1530 kcal Fat: 93.52g | Prot: 150.56g | Carb: 14.19g.   Breakfast: mustard, coffee, publix eggstirs, red onion, non dairy creamer, ground sirloin, colby jack cheese. Lunch: tuna fish, black olives, swiss cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce. Dinner: celery, roasted pork loin, cream cheese. Snacks/Other: Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), atkins shake, pork rinds. more...
