This diet has been a bit rough on my intestines the first 2 days -- hopefully this will not last much longer. I love this diet because of the vast quantities of meat and cheese you can eat -- keep you feeling full; but I sure miss the sugar that is so bad for me, and the alcohol, definitely miss my rum and diet coke, but that's not forever!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
