Lost a lot of time - was off work for 5 weeks with complications to simple day surgery.
Back into exercise and diet now. My BGL is almost perfect, my cholestrol is perfect and my blood pressure is coming down. Was keping a strict food diary, but had a bad couple of weeks due to work and personal stresses. Back on track now.
