Wow, thanks Fatsecret for making me accountable for my weight. When I started in January 2012 my goal was to lose 45lbs by next Christmas, thanks to my Son who encouraged me to join Fatsecret along with his support and your guidance I am just about there.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dang. Wish I could get my mom to sign up and stick to it. I talked her into creating an account several months back, but she simply wouldn't take the time to log her foods, and probably hasn't visited the site since. She'd have a lot fewer problems with her knees if she'd lose some weight.
