Just a short journal today. I am in a cafè, no internet at home :-/
I have been to the aerobic convention yesterday. I had so much fun!! It has been great!
I have done 5 hours and had to stop during body pump, since I was too tired (I slept only 4 hours the night before).
An easy way to describe the day was "50 shades of squat", since during all classes there was plenty of squats and variations, and I really feel each of them today :)
What else? I have been to an amazing party on Friday night, it has been worth it, even if on Saturday morning I was not at my best for the aerobic convention. Have been dancing for few hours in a row, music was good and people awesome :)
I feel happy and very tired. Nice feeling of muscles building up :)
In a way, its good the internet is not working at my place, I watched a movie yesterday night and started reading a book
I was planning to since a long time. All in all, its not too bad, it takes time to get used not to have an internet connection available all time.
