I've lost four lbs, two this week. I'm motivated, I've watched some people lose weight that I didn't think was possible. It's my turn I'm going to do this! I've set small goals, first 175 next 165 next 155. Mini goals, motivation and determination. I'm finally at a point in my life that I believe in myself enough to know that I can do this. There are no magic tricks, there is no quick diet plan, there is no rationale for me believing that I can't do this but everyone else can. There is eating better, exercising and believing that I can lose weight....THAT'S IT.
