A week later and still no word on the supervisor job.....stress eating is here. I'm not sure if this good or not but I'm on vacation this week with hubby. Good that I don't have the time to get fast food. Bad because I don't have another way to deal with the stress and emotional eating. Exercise does help but that doesn't last all day.

The hardest part for me is to resistance the need to eat for comfort and destressing. The more I do the stronger the need to eat becomes. This makes me unpleasant to be with to the point I don't want to be around myself.

Maybe its something to talk about with doctor on the next visit.
