So my weekend was pretty good... I got to go over to Justin's on Friday, we met up at this Brewery where you play board games and drink... I worked on the Band Flyer while the boys played some complicated card game that I would probably never catch on to lol... and then afterwards we went back to Justin's place... it was an awesome night! The next day I destroyed my Calorie counting with McDonald's Breakfast and Arby's Lunch ::falls over:: ugh... oh well shit happenss...

After I left Justin's place on Saturday though I did go straight to the gym to work off some of my failure... I did a full work out, 13 miles on the Elliptical to burn 1,490 calories, I did my weights, and I did my 60 miserable crunches for the challenge... Then on Sunday my Dad and me went out to Lunch together for Father's Day... unfortunately we went to Culver's, lol which is probably one of the most fattening places in existance... but despite my desire for a big fat juicy burger I was a good girl and got one of their Salads... my dad insisted I try some of their yogurt/ice cream though, but I only got one scoop, so at least I didn't over do it. Then we went to this store called Shirt & Things where I got thee cutest Anklet, I had really really been wanting one, so I'm pretty excited about it.

After I left my Dad's I went straight back to the gym to take care of that Yogurt/Ice Cream, hehe... I did another full work out Yesterday, same deal, 13 miles on the elliptical, another 1,490 calories burned off, weights and evil crunches accomplished.

I mean all and all I'd say I did pretty well for the weekend... I think I would have done alot better if I had done all that excerising and kept my calorie count low... but I'm pretty good at keeping it low during the weekdays, and I plan to go to the gym again today after work... so that's what I have to offer, lol. We'll see if it does any good :)

How long do you spend on the elliptical? Based on the speed I go, 13 miles would take me well over two hours!
