Been working out on the elliptical and the treadmill for an hr the. Doing yoga for an hour. Eating breakfast now and a snack usually fruit and tons of veggies and water.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
