Been working out on the elliptical and the treadmill for an hr the. Doing yoga for an hour. Eating breakfast now and a snack usually fruit and tons of veggies and water.

i need a new scale. mine says im 168 then i get off and back on, it goes to 160. get off and back on its at 164...160... hmmm my guess is i am at 160, or so i would like to think ahhahah

i need a new scale. mine says im 168 then i get off and back on, it goes to 160. get off and back on its at 164...160... hmmm my guess is i am at 160, or so i would like to think ahhahah
