Well today is a brand new day, I am on calorie and actually didn't feel hunger per se today. I was so proud of myself to twice turn down sugary snacks today. To make more progress then exercise would be needed. Due to rain tennis was cancelled, I need to plan a workout for when this happens. A busy week to come but if at least I stay on calorie target then weight loss should still continue.
