I am so jealous lol. Sometimes you have to give in to temptations. I had a snack pig out on Saturday i am probably 300 cals over what i recorded as i couldn't find what i ate on FS i recorded some equivalents but then gave up. The builder has finished yesterday which means i can start my exercise again. But Im holding off until Tuesday as Im off to see my consultant on Monday and as the pains have increased it gives me a better idea of where my problems are to tell him... If that makes sense.
