Completed phase 1 of P90X. Starting week 4 tomorrow, then off to phase 2.

congrats on your first month down of P90X--how are yor 30 day results?

Pretty good. Can't say I lost weight, but that's ok. Probably gained some, but it's definitely muscle, so that's a good thing. I'm mixing in 8 minute abs each night, because I find that works for me.
