Hey! I hit a new low at 183.8. starting to look like i got 20% BF instead of the 38 or 40 % I started with. Sunday night 9PM to Thursday morning 9 AM....I think that's 120 hours smoke free. It really sucks. Maybe I should go buy a pack.....he he. But it does really suck.
