One day in control will typically lead to a second day and so on. I think the combination of physical therapy, and now counseling and the new meds are helping. I documented everything I ate, didn't feel like I needed more, and even had a pretty good grasp on ratios. I did my physical therapy exercises, mailed a letter, donated some stuff to Goodwill, and took my car for an oil change. I did sleep a lot today, but sleeping a lot and feeling rested is better than being out of control.
