Haven't felt much like writing. The meds my doctor is having me try out seem to be helping, but I really don't want to develop a dependency on a chemical that could be harmful over a longer period of time. I have managed to stay at a reasonable calorie level and track everything for the past 2 and a half days. Listening to music and wasting a bit of time on silly Facebook games seems to help too. It's an amazing and empowering thought that I have lost 60 pounds, and kept 30 of it off. It's also a bit depressing that I have only kept half of it off, but considering how I have reacted to these recent stresses it is a bit surprising that I haven't blown up to even bigger than I had started out as.
My knee is starting to get stronger, and I think I will soon be cleared for limited amounts of exercise. That makes me happy, because exercise really does help relieve stress after a long day of BS.

Holy cow, just got back to the site and reading people's journal entries. You've had a pretty crappy couple of months. I hope the new year treats you better, and that you heal up as much as possible from that accident, both physically and mentally.
