First night back to evening shift work..took huge plate of left over pasta and did not eat any of it. Had subway for late lunch then snacks througout the evening. Went to therapy today for the second time and feel even better about it each time. My arthritic shoulder is really acting up can't wait to get home and take something for the pain. I think I may have gone over on my 64 oz of liguids today.
