The Gate 9's Journal, 15 November 2012

Hi, New to this, I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 167 lbs. Where did it come from, I have been going up and down since June - 150 to 160 and then back down agian and now today 167 wow! I haven't stepped on the scale for about 2 weeks and now I wish I had not. I have joined in the hopes that having others to talk to will help me in my goal to loose 20 lbs.
