Maintenance. Slipping on carb watch, a couple high fat days, and trying to keep the protein over 100g. Increased exercise is keeping things balanced for now.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! Looking at your chart you are maintaining perfectly well. A slip here and there can happen, nothing to worry about as long as you keep things under control!
